At first, work is extremely challenging.
As time passes however, I become adept at my job.
I find ways to do my work faster and more efficiently.
I find ways to do my work faster and more efficiently.
I can say that I love what I do and the people I am with.
Even if it's not compensate as well as I want.
Even if it's not compensate as well as I want.
But as more time passes,
Things become cushy. I am not learning anymore.
Politics are getting in the way of work.
I'm getting bored at work.
Doesn't feel like I need to challenge myself anymore.
I feel that my world in this place is getting smaller and smaller.
Is it time to leave?
BTW, I lied in my previous post.
PostScript : Sorry Hon, I am so quiet lately. I am trying to steal time and find a moment to relax. I will be okay.

ReplyDeletesoo.. what are you waiting for?... =))
ReplyDeleteThat question comes along sooner or later, and the issue is how soon will you act on it. Sometimes even when the pay isn't commensurate with the work, but if the working atmosphere is good, you may still opt to stay. But when the work environment turns hostile, then that's the time you have to decide when to pack up and leave.
ReplyDeleteThe next question is: how financially prepared are you to loose your current job?
Wuy parekoy!
ReplyDeleteAnu pala ulit ang nature ng work mo?
Well, kung sa tingin mo ay di ka na talaga nage-enjoy sa current work mo then it's best to find another. Pero nasa sa iyo pa rin ang final decision. Medyo mahirap pa naman maghanap ng work ngayon. Daming available jobs pero laging mis-match sa skills at tinapos na kurso ng mga applicants.
we all have different motivations to work. pag di na nasasatisfy, perhaps it *is* time to leave.

you'll know if its time to leave if you're not happy with what you're doing. when you find dragging yourself to work, and you're dread the day work starts..
ReplyDeletebeen there.. know what you really want to do and pursue it!
