Anger.

Sometimes after becoming angry I feel energized and creative.

It is like a sudden, powerful, violent, short summer storm.

Just as suddenly it is over and I feel renewed and energized. I will need to talk about it afterward. Think with someone about what caused it and whether some action is required.

Ask the questions:

Is it something I can change? If not, what can I change?

Often I end up seeing the absurdity of it all and end up laughing.

Personal relationships don't bring out my anger.
I just get hurt and depressed.

  1. when i'm angry, i shout out loud all the frustrations. pero if it's really intense, i punch walls. literally. :)

    after nun, the anger will be overshadowed by the self-inflicted pain. it's more therapeutic than any anti-depressants. :D

    BTW, it's an emotion, so we have to express it or else...
    But we have to control it before it controls us!

  8. i agree with yodz on the matter. it needs to be expressed but on a reasonable format, one where the person is in control of the emotion. Since God is the author of everything we know fundamental, He is also capable of expressing anger, but not in a human kind of way as we know anger coz there's also such a thing as holy or righteous anger, but even that mirrors how God wants us to be in charge of how we express it -- with reason and control.
